do you accept returns of refunds?

Only in the unlikely event that your order arrives broken or damaged. As a small start-up business, all of the products are made to order, and limited. I cannot at this stage accept returns or refunds for change of mind / incorrect size.

?What makes my press-ons different from other press-on nails?

My press-on nails are crafted using high-quality gel polish, ensuring exceptional strength, long-lasting wear, and the ability to be reused multiple times with proper care.

How to find your size (I save your sizes from your first order, so they're ready for all future purchases - no need to measure again!)

Purchase sizing kit (most accurate measurements)

This way you can try on all the sizes and fill out which size fits your nails the best. You can then send me a picture of your answers from the kit!

Use a soft measuring tape (if you don't have that you can use tape over your nail beds, mark each side with a dot. Place flat and measure from dot to dot with a ruler)

Measure the widest part of each nail, sidewall to sidewall, in mm.

Write down all 10 sizes for both hands.

Send me your sizes or choose a preset (XS–L) if you match one.

Tip: Each hand can differ — measure every nail.

Or coin method: How to Measure Your Nails (Coin Method)

Place a coin (1 kr, 5 kr, 10 kr, etc.) next to your nail.

Take a straight-on photo of your hand with the coin beside each hand. Take a separate photo of each thumb.

Make sure the coin and nail are both fully visible and in clear focus.

I will size them from the photo matching my coin with yours on the screen for accurate size.

Send the photos + any shape/length preferences.

Tip: Take photos in good lighting for the most accurate sizing.

How to apply

  • Buff nails and push back the cuticle.

Apply Adhesive:

For Glue: Apply a thin layer of glue to both your natural nail and the back of the press-on.

For Tabs: Stick the adhesive tab firmly onto your natural nail.

  • Angle the press-on at the cuticle (45 degrees), then press down firmly from the base to the tip. Hold for 30 seconds to bond.

Avoid water for at least 1-2 hours to allow the adhesive to fully set.

How to remove

  • Soak nails in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes.
  • Gently lift the sides of the Press-ons.
  • Apply cuticle oil in between.
  • Let soak until the Press-ons easily come off.

This should not cause pain! If they are still stuck soak again.

Domestic Shipping (Norway): 3–5 business days.
